Common Questions
Which program is right for my child?
Age is the best starting guide. If your child is between age brackets or you're unsure, send us an email describing their current financial knowledge and what you'd like them to learn. We'll recommend the best fit.
Are sessions in-person or online?
We offer both. In-person sessions take place in Bristol. Online sessions work for families anywhere in the UK. Both formats are equally effective.
What if my child misses a session?
We provide session recordings and materials so they can catch up. For one-to-one programs, we can reschedule within reason.
Do you work with schools?
Yes, we run workshops for schools and youth groups. Email us for information about group bookings and school programs.
Can siblings join the same program?
If they're close in age and the program fits both, absolutely. We can adjust activities to work for both. Family sessions are another great option.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If you're not happy after the first session, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
